A Pearl Yohen Tenmoku tea bowl was presented to Ise Jingu Shrine, and a letter of appreciation was graciously received.

At Ise Jingu Shrine, a Pearl Yohen Tenmoku tea bowl was presented, and a special worship visit was conducted. Blessed with favorable weather, it was an extremely meaningful and memorable visit. Received a letter of appreciation from Chief Priest Asataka Kuni and was deeply moved. Grateful to have presented the Pearl Yohen Tenmoku tea bowl in the birthplace of pearls.
Mr. Asataka Kuni is a descendant of Japan’s former imperial family (Kuni-no-miya). He serves as the Grand Priest of Ise Jingu Shrine, a representative executive of the Jingu Administration, and an advisor to the Nippon Kaigi. He is a second cousin of the current Emperor Naruhito. Mr. Asataka Kuni is the 5th head of the Kuni family. He is the 20th-generation male-line descendant of Emperor Suko (3rd emperor of the Northern Court) and the 5th-generation male-line descendant of Prince Kuninaga of the Fushimi-no-miya branch. His grandaunt was Empress Kojun.
